Returns & Exchanges

At Bad Workwear, we stand by the durability of our gear; if your items don't meet your expectations or fit perfectly, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
